Walking along the sentier des dunes, you'll be able to admire striking panoramas of the Atlantic and breathe in the iodised air as you walk along sandy paths. As for the sentier du Bois de la Touche, you'll discover one of the region's most beautiful maritime pine forests, where the shade of the trees provides pleasant coolness in summer.

For an immersion in the marshes, head for the Parcours du Marais Salé, a 5km walk between reeds and ponds, where it's not uncommon to spot herons and egrets.
