FAQ

what time can i arrive?

Your arrival is from 16:00. If you wish to arrive after 2.00 pm, you will need to tick the "Early check in" option when making your reservation.

Mobile home: can we arrive on the day we want?

It all depends on when you come.
In low season, you can arrive any day of the week.
In high season, they are only available on Wednesdays or Saturdays.

I won't arrive until the next day / I'll leave the day before...

If your stay is delayed, please contact us as soon as possible.

Will I have to pay a deposit for my stay?

You will be asked to pay a deposit when you make your booking. This is €300, to be paid before your arrival.

Is housework at the end of my stay included in my booking?

End-of-stay cleaning can be included in your booking. If you do not book a package, you will have to do the end-of-stay cleaning yourself. The price of the package depends on the type of accommodation you choose. For more information, please ask when you make your reservation.

Can I arrive after reception has closed?

If you are planning to arrive late, or if you are delayed, simply contact us (02 28 18 80 10) so that we can inform you of the procedure for arriving outside reception opening hours.

Can I use the pool area without staying at the campsite?

The aquatic area is reserved exclusively for our customers with a rental or residence on site.

Are swimming shorts allowed in our pools?

Swimming shorts are permitted only if they are designed for swimming (with an inner lining).

What is the maximum capacity of my accommodation?

The capacity of the accommodation will depend on your selection: we offer rentals for 4 to 8 people.

How do the entry/exit procedures work?

Entry times are from 7.30 am to 11.00 pm. After 11.00 p.m. (except for late arrivals), you will be asked to park your vehicle in the outside car park. You are free to leave at any time.

To ensure the peace and quiet of your surroundings, we would ask you to avoid slamming the doors and boot, and to turn down or switch off your car radio. We remind you that the maximum authorised speed is 10 km / hour. Above this speed, the management reserves the right to refuse entry to any vehicle that does not comply with one of the rules of good manners or safety.

Can I put up a barnum, tent or other structure on my mobile home pitch?

Temporary structures are not permitted on the pitches, unless agreed by the management.

If you have a last-minute guest and the maximum capacity of your accommodation has not been exceeded, please contact reception to register them.

I prefer a mobile home

Please do not hesitate to contact reception if you know the model or location you require. We will do our best to accommodate your request according to your criteria.

How do I cancel my stay?

Whatever your reason for cancelling, you must send us your cancellation by e-mail (contact@kabanavillage.fr), or in writing, and, if applicable, your justification. The reception team will get back to you as soon as possible.

What are the cancellation conditions?

Cancellation conditions are subject to the general terms and conditions of sale, which are available on the website or on request.

Rates, rules, tourist tax... what's included in the price of your stay?

The price of our stay includes accommodation and tourist tax. Prices for supplements are available on our website or on request by e-mail.

When do I have to pay my deposit and balance?

The deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days before your arrival.
